1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Client", "you"), and Art Inspire Music Limited ("AIM", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the artinspiremusic.com website as well as any related services, consultancy, web platforms, or media production.

2. Our Services

AIM provides creative consultancy and services operating at the intersection of music, education, technology, and audiovisual production, including but not limited to:

  • Music School Consultancy & Solutions: Strategy, operations, teacher training, and integration of the Music School Hub.

  • Web Services: Custom web platforms, domain selection, hosting, design, and maintenance for schools and artists.

  • Artist Services: Recording, mixing, mastering, session musicianship, and artist photography.

  • Audiovisual Consultancy: Acoustic assessments, room layout planning, and technical project support for event spaces.

3. Consultations and Bookings

  • Initial Meeting: We offer a free initial 30-minute consultation via video link to discuss goals, project vision, and scope.

  • Project Vision & Implementation: Following the initial meeting, AIM will provide a tailored project plan and scope of work. No binding commitment beyond the initial meeting exists until a formal project proposal or contract is accepted by the Client.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the successful implementation of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary information, assets (e.g., logos, audio files, venue schematics), and feedback required for web design, artist services, or audiovisual assessments.

  • Ensure you hold the necessary rights and licenses for any materials, music, or imagery provided to AIM for hosting or production.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • AIM's Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AIM retains all intellectual property rights in the backend infrastructure of custom web platforms, the "Music School Hub", proprietary learning management systems, and underlying code or workflows developed by AIM.

  • Client's Intellectual Property: You retain all intellectual property rights to your original music, recordings, personal branding, and bespoke content hosted on your website. Upon full payment for Artist Services (such as photography or recording), AIM will transfer the agreed usage rights of the final deliverables to the Client.

6. Hosting, Maintenance, and Digital Solutions

  • Where AIM provides domain and website hosting, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure maximum uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for temporary downtime due to server maintenance, updates, or third-party outages.

  • Digital platforms built for academic music terms (student portals, automated workflows) are subject to the specific maintenance agreements outlined in your individual project scope.

7. Audiovisual and Acoustic Consultancy

Our on-site or virtual acoustic assessments and recommendations regarding acoustic treatment, noise isolation, and equipment positioning are provided as advisory services based on our professional multidisciplinary experience. AIM is not liable for structural changes made to buildings; clients must consult with licensed contractors and architects prior to structural implementation.

8. Fees and Payment

Specific fees for implementation, ongoing web hosting, digital administration tools, or recording sessions will be outlined in a tailored project proposal. Payment terms (including deposits for studio time or web design) will be agreed upon during the "Project Vision" stage.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Irish law, AIM shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, digital platforms, or reliance on our consultancy advice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
